The idea for NeuroSpicy Studios grew out of lived experiences shared by Founder and Co‑Owner Sesha Randle, along with her friends and family. Sesha is a parent to four neurodivergent children, and diagnosed with ADHD later in life. Her daughter’s sensory sensitivities revealed how overwhelming bright lights, strong smells, and constant noise can be in traditional salon environments. The family’s experiences with social anxiety and their desire for genuine acceptance inspired the studio’s mission to create a calm, inclusive space where everyone can feel safe and seen.

In addition to that, Sesha’s daughter‑in‑law, a neurodivergent nail tech, struggled to feel supported in a traditional salon setting. The pressure to move quickly, maintain constant small talk, and work in loud, overstimulating environments created anxiety instead of creativity.

Sesha and her wife Cassie created NeuroSpicy Studios to offer something different. A space centered on inclusivity, comfort, and the wellbeing of both clients and artists.
