Step inside your own head.
NeuroSpicy Studios was born from the lived experiences shared by founder and co‐owner, Sesha Randle, inspired by friends and family whose journeys shaped a vision for a space where everyone feels seen, safe, and celebrated. Sesha was diagnosed with ADHD later in life and is a parent to four neurodivergent children. Her daughter’s sensory sensitivities revealed how overwhelming bright lights, strong smells, and constant noise can be in everyday life.
In addition to that, Sesha’s daughter‑in‑law, a neurodivergent nail tech, struggled to feel supported in a traditional salon setting. The pressure to move quickly, maintain constant small talk, and work in loud, overstimulating environments created anxiety instead of creativity.
Sesha and her wife Cassie created NeuroSpicy Studios to offer something different. A space centered on inclusivity, comfort, and the wellbeing of both clients and artists.
