NeuroSpicy runs on independent, 1099 booth rental. You keep your style, your pricing, your hours, and your clients. We bring the space, the brand, the marketing, and a crew that actually gets how your brain works. Estheticians enjoy fully private treatment rooms, while nail, lash, and brow artists work in thoughtfully designed semi-private booths that balance privacy with community. No forced small talk, just the freedom to work at your own pace in a space that feels right.
Who we are looking for
Right now we are looking for a few more nail artists and an additional esthetician to round out the studio. Gothic, punk, edgy, soft, maximalist, cottagecore, goblincore, or anywhere else on the spectrum of weird and wonderful. Queer affirming and neurodivergent aware, always.
