I keep it real from the jump. As a total realist, doer, and pragmatist, I focus on straight-up honesty, zero judgment, and high-quality lashes. Full disclosure: I am awkward at best in new interactions. Socializing drains me, which is why I deeply appreciate my time alone at home, happily hiding out with my wife, pets, and adult kids.

How My Brain Works

 As an ADHD adult, my mind is a chaotic whirlwind of thoughts from the past, present, and future. My “me-time” consists of starting new projects I never finish, sitting in silence drinking coffee, and taking naps.  There is a 100% chance I’ll forget what I’m talking about mid-sentence because I’ll veer off into six other lanes within the same conversation.
 
Underneath all that static lives my Virgo side: a classic perfectionist who craves structure, safety, and consistency.
